Who do you think they are?...please help us identify these mystery photographs

Whilst we are able to put names to faces for many of the photographs in the ODFHS collection, there are some which remain a mystery.  Can you help us to identify anyone in these photographs?  If you can provide information about the date, location, occasion or subject, please email the ODFHS Librarian macdonald6465[at]gmail.com

Photograph 8 - Holiday snaps, 1930s ?

This intriguing selection of images is copied from a set of stereoscopic glass slides dated 1936 bought on Ormskirk market back in 1967. This is clearly a collection of holiday snaps from a well-to-do family with nautical interests and, although we can recognise some of the locations - Cornwall, Isle of Man, Scotland, & Denmark - there are few clues to whom the people might be. Do you recognise the family? Is it maybe yours?

We've managed to track down this fancy car from its number plate. It's a classic Hispano Suiza H6 32CV, still in ownership - see here for details.
According to this website, it was originally owned by "...a director of Tate and Lyle..." at their factory in Speke. Might this allow us to track down the family? They probably lived locally.
